Suzi Wells

Suzi Wells paints watercolours in a loose, impressionistic style. She loves trying to capture emotion, character, atmosphere, movement and light. Her favourite subjects are animals, birds and people.

Suzi takes inspiration from the natural world around her home in Queensland, as well as from her travels overseas. She has lived and worked in many parts of the world and these experiences provide a rich source of reference.

Suzi has also worked as a writer, journalist and university lecturer. She has a PhD in media and is the author of Working English, The Arabian Gulf Cookbook and co-author of Traditions.
